Prior to re-licensing in 1995, Seattle City Light entered into comprehensive negotiations with many sections of the community and was able to reach settlement agreements addressing the following measures: fisheries, wildlife, recreation and aesthetics, erosion control, archaeological and historic resources and traditional cultural properties.
